Photo-Realistic Video Game Graphics Have Arrived!

This is actual gameplay of "Unrecord", a video game that it set to be released in the future.

It's the most photo-realistic game I've ever seen! It looks like it's actually from the body-cam of a police officer. It's not the most beautiful game I've seen, but real body-cam footage isn't. There's no amazing sky because in these videos, the sky is often just blown-out white. Yet doing that in itself is quite incredible! Sometimes, "photo-realism" isn't what one would expect. You have to actually inspect real videos to see their characteristics and then translate that to a video game. They've done a nearly perfect job of it.

By the way, there is also a racing game that has already been released, which I heard about just after viewing this Unrecord clip. That game is called "Ride 4", and below is a link to that. Again, it's not the most beautiful game. It's pretty dreary and doesn't have colorful vistas...but sometimes, creating looks that in real life would seem "mundane" can be one of the hardest things to get right in a game!

It's crazy stuff... Amazing talent and technologies have gone into these... I hope for VR stuff like this in the future as well!

The Islamic State has beheaded at least 21 Christians in Libya.

Whenever a Muslim brings up the Crusades, I have to laugh to myself.  Christians have done horrible things, including in later crusades against Constantinople and the Cathars in particular.  However, get this.  The Islamic State militants said, "Safety for you crusaders is something you can only wish for" right before butchering Egyptian Christians.
